Enquiry data submitted through our contact form is stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which we use to host this website, store enquiry submissions, and deliver enquiry notifications via Resend, Inc. Both providers operate internationally, which means your data may be processed on servers outside Australia.

Third-party service providers

We use the following third-party service providers in connection with this website:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, content delivery, and enquiry data storage. Cloudflare may process data in the United States and other jurisdictions. Their privacy practices are governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• Resend, Inc. — transactional email delivery of enquiry notifications. Their privacy practices are governed by Resend's Privacy Policy.

We do not share your personal information with any other third parties except where required by law or with your consent.

How long we keep your information

Where an enquiry leads to an engagement, we retain records for the duration of that engagement plus seven years, in line with standard business record-keeping requirements.

Where no engagement results, we generally retain enquiry records for up to 12 months, unless a longer period is required for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. You may request deletion at any time (see "Your rights" below).

Your rights

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to make a privacy complaint. We will acknowledge your request, investigate it, and provide a written response within 30 days.
